Join Ian and Diego on a Tasmanian truffle hunt at our serene farm, Pipers Brook Truffles. Then indulge in a three-course lunch featuring decadent truffles. Finally, continue your tour to the nearby House of Arras cellar door for a wine masterclass.

First, We Hunt

A specially curated, unique food and wine experience celebrating two prestigious Tasmanian producers, as well as our faithful working dogs.

Beginning the day at Pipers Brook Truffles, you’ll be greeted by the fire before being escorted on a truffle hunt guided by Diego the Kelpie, who is trained to sniff out the elusive truffles from beneath the fertile soils of Pipers Brook. You will have the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of truffle cultivation as well as how to use this unique ingredient at home.

Next, We Lunch

Following the truffle hunt, a relaxing three-course lunch encompassing gourmet truffle produce will be enjoyed in the rustic farm environment at Pipers Brook Truffles before continuing to House of Arras Vineyard.

Wine Masterclass To Finish

Here you will experience tasting some of the spectacular wines crafted in our 30-year history as Australia's most-awarded sparkling wine producer. You’ll be escorted by a second working dog, Flinders the Border Collie as we head into the vineyard to learn about the winter pruning methods that we undertake to bring out the best in our vineyards and why this leads to some of our wines being awarded the world's best accolades.
