First, We Hunt
Join Ian and Diego in the tranquil surroundings of our farm, overlooking the serene landscape of green pastures, native bush, and calm waterways. You might even see some resident Wedge-tailed eagles or platypus. Walk through the truffière and learn about our unique landscape and how we cultivate our black winter truffles. Watch Diego in action and experience the thrill of the hunt as we search for hidden treasures. You’ll have the opportunity to get your hands dirty, digging to unearth these black gems. Plucking them from the soil, you will experience the unique aroma of a freshly harvested truffle.
Then, We Lunch
After the hunt, retreat to our welcoming lodge, where a crackling wood fire invites you to slow down and savour the moment. Here, you’ll experience a gourmet lunch that includes our truffles alongside a selection of the finest local seasonal produce. Share in stories, laughter, and a feast that celebrates the flavours of Tasmania, crafted with care and inspired by the land.
